As you will see through my blog, I love all things related to makeup, fashion, and skincare. My style ranges from tomboy street style to girly & sheek — If you relate, you’ll love this blog! I started using makeup in 6th grade… sixth grade! I know it’s crazy, but honestly I’ve learned so much since then. As for skincare, I have a love-hate relationship with it. Why? I started getting acne in high school (maybe it has to do with using makeup so early in my life) & I never really knew what skincare was until then. I’ve gone through hundreds, maybe thousands of products – which will ALL be posted about on my blog – and now, I understand why it is so important. I’m excited for you guys to read about these topics because I have SO much to share.
I started this blog because I wanted to share my love for beauty to the world. As much as I talk about makeup or clothing, beauty is truly more than just makeup or style – it’s about confidence and empowerment. Beauty is about expressing yourself & one of the best ways to do that is through different looks you put together! I want to share that with you all, and encourage you guys to be the strongest & empowered versions of yourselves.
I also wanted to use this as an outlet to share aspects of my lifestyle in LA. Also, LA is an expensive lifestyle… to say the least, so I can confidently say I’ve become an expert in “balling on a budget.” I thought I would share my knowledge, so we all can save money while looking good! 1- I currently work at a small finance company, and I actually really like it —is that weird?
2- I am addicted to coffee, LA has the best coffee spots!
3- My favorite show is Gossip Girl and That 70’s Show. I’ve watched both shows more than 10 times!
4- Some of my style icons are Cindy Crawford, Olivia Culpo, and Candice Swanepoel

What is The Avenue of Beauty?
The Avenue of Beauty was created towards the middle of 2020, in the midst of a pandemic because I needed an outlet to express myself. 2020 was one of the hardest years for me, and to be honest, I lost all motivation and happiness in life. Therefore, I began this blog to push myself towards productivity again, and it really became a form of therapy for me.
With that being said… The Avenue of Beauty is the place to get the best tips, inspiration, and knowledge about everything relating to beauty. I post about new trends, top products, best clothing sites, looking good while saving money, and more! The list is really endless. I also share an aspect of my life because beauty can be expressed through your lifestyle as well!
My lifestyle section is a more personal side of my blog. I share aspects of my life, such as home decor, organization tips, food/drink spots in LA, and how to be happy in such a big city. I also am a huge supporter of small businesses and female entrepreneurs, so if you are trying to start a small business, this is the section to learn more! I’ve gone through so many trial and errors, so you don’t have to.
